The Girl Scout Cookie Program is the leading entrepreneurial program for girls around the world.  This program is a powerful, hands-on leadership and entrepreneurial program where girls benefit for real-life experience and gain skills such as business management, communication strategies and goal-setting.

Last year, more than 200 businesses throughout Kansas and Missouri generously stepped up to support girls in reaching their goals by allowing cookie booths at their location. Girl Scout Cookie Booths drive traffic to the respective business and visibility to our girl entrepreneurs.

How will it work if I register my location to host a cookie booth?
We will use the information you provide (i.e. dates, times, special instructions) on the registration form to create a schedule for your location. This information is then loaded into a secure website so that Girl Scout troops can sign up for available time slots. The site makes it easy for troops so that you do not have to manage the schedule or troop leader requests. Troops can easily find your provided location specific instructions in their confirmation so that you are not fielding follow-up questions. The information helps out troops show up when you want them and where you want them!

When are Girl Scout Cookie Booths held?
The Girl Scout Cookie season for Girl Scouts of NE Kansas & NW Missouri begins February 13 and end March 8, 2020.

How will my business know who is coming?
We will email or mail you a schedule with troop number and time slot in mid to late January before our cookie booth season starts.

How do cookie booths benefit the business?
Customers are constantly seeking out Girl Scout Cookies, and we drive them to our “Cookie Locator,” which links directly to all of our cookie booth locations. That means once your booth is approved and troops sign up, your location is available to the thousands of customers out there looking for Girl Scout Cookies! Customers simply type in their zip code to find the nearest cookie booth, pushing them right to your location.

What if I forget my dates, need to make a change, or an issue arises? Who do I contact?
Once your registration has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of the information you supplied for your records. Additionally it will include contact information for the Girl Scout staff member in charge of booth sales who can make changes or address any concerns.

Once I submit my registration, is my location automatically approved?
All locations will be screened before being made available to troops for sign-up. A location may be denied for reasons including, but not limited to, the following: proximity to another approved location, location is inappropriate for children, or a location is deemed unsafe. Should your location not be approved or additional information is needed, a member of the Girl Scout Product Program team will follow up within 72 business hours of registration submission.
