Community Partner
Daisy, Brownie, Junior, Cadette, Senior, Ambassador

Powell Gardens invites Girl Scouts of all ages to come to a STEM day of exploration. Learn about bugs, flowers, trees, and gardening while visiting the gardens and completing activities to help with badge work (Bugs (Brownies), Flowers (Juniors) and Trees (Cadettes)). Daisies will also find connections to their journey, Between Earth and Sky as we also explore the theme of flowers. Troops, individuals, and Girl Scout Alumnae are welcome. Girl Scouts wearing a uniform receive a special Powell Gardens token.

We will be having self-guided as well as guided activities to help with badge work. Our programs are designed to cover one or two sections of badge work, but not all. Troop leaders will need to ensure Girl Scouts reach all levels needed to earn the badge.

Cost: $4 (12 years and under), $10 (13 years +)

How to Register: Please RSVP to Linda Burton, Registrar, at 816-697-2600 x306. You can also contact Linda with any questions about the event.
