Harvesters: Fill the Fridge Food Drive
Fill the Fridge is Harvesters’ annual perishable food drive, which gives our community the chance to donate highly nutritious items such as dairy products, proteins, and fresh produce. Each day, one of Harvesters’ refrigerated trucks will be parked at a different Price Chopper grocery store. Volunteers are needed to pass out flyers to shoppers, collect donations and load them into our refrigerated truck. Dates, times, and locations are below. We can accommodate up to 15 Girl Scouts/leaders per shift. Girls will earn a patch by participating.

Registration Requirements: All girls participating as a Girl Scout in this activity must be registered Girl Scout members. If attending as a troop, all volunteers also need to be registered members and/or have completed and approved background checks. If non-registered individuals (adults or tags) are allowed to participate in this activity supplemental insurance is required. Use the Insurance Purchase Form to purchase insurance at least 3 weeks prior to the event. Completed forms can be emailed to email@example.com.
