Heart of America Youth Ballet’s “Nutcracker"
Girl Scouts are invited to attend the Heart of America Youth Ballet’s holiday tradition, “The Nutcracker” Ballet. Experience the timeless story of Clara as she receives her Nutcracker, and he turns into a prince. Watch as he battles with the King Rat. Experience the dances in the Kingdom of Sweets. For Girl Scouts, performers in major roles will be available immediately after the performance to show costumes, explain the ballet, and answer questions.
Additional Information: Parking is free. You may want to bring money for concessions or a small souvenir.
Cost Per Girl: $18 (includes a ticket to the show, a question and answer session following the show, and a custom event patch)
Cost Per Adult: $18
Registration Requirements: All girls participating as a Girl Scout in this activity must be registered Girl Scout members. If attending as a troop, all volunteers also need to be registered members and/or have completed and approved background checks. If non-registered individuals (adults or tags) are allowed to participate in this activity supplemental insurance is required. Use the Insurance Purchase Form to purchase insurance at least 3 weeks prior to the event. Completed forms can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
