Behind the Scenes of a Robotics Team

Come join Team EMP (the Park Hill South Robotics team) in a morning filled with learning about robotics and STEM at the high school level. Using different stations and hands on learning, the Girl Scouts will get an overview of what it takes to design, build, program, and compete with a high school robotics team and some of the basic principles of FIRST Robotics.

This event will be offered at separate times for Juniors & Cadettes. The Junior Program is 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM and the Cadette Program is 10:45 AM - 12:15 PM.

Additional info: Hand sanitizer will be provided at each station, high school students will wipe down equipment before and after each use. Please bring your own water bottle.

This is one of those special opportunities. In order for our partners to continue offering low-cost and free programming to Girl Scouts, please notify them as soon as possible if you can no longer attend.
