Join the Heart of America Shakespeare Festival in Southmoreland Park for our 2023 production of The Tempest. Bring a blanket and a picnic and enjoy this classic play full of magic, love, and comedy, brought to life by some of Kansas City’s finest professional actors. Prior to the performance Festival Director of Education, Matt Rapport, will lead a special backstage tour to help Girl Scouts prepare to watch the show. Food and beverages also available in the park.
The Festival will reserve a special section of seating just for the Girl Scouts.
Gates open at 6pm. Tour starts at 6:15pm. Show starts at 8pm.

Please let Sarah know if you plan to attend the tour beforehand as well a the production when you register. Registration deadline is June 19.
