KC Timber Challenge OCR Series

The KC Timber Challenge is a permanent obstacle course located along the bluffs of the Kansas River. Our unique events offer different course layouts that range from 2 miles to 5k to nearly 10k. The entire KC Timber Challenge obstacle course has over 50 obstacles over the whole course including 300 ft handheld zip lines, several mud pits, wrecked buses and much more.

Registration Requirements:  All girls participating as a Girl Scout in this activity must be registered Girl Scout members. If attending as a troop, all volunteers also need to be registered members and/or have completed and approved background checks. If non-registered individuals (adults or tags) are allowed to participate in this activity supplemental insurance is required. Use the Insurance Purchase Form to purchase insurance at least 3 weeks prior to the event. Completed forms can be emailed to programapprovals@gsksmo.org.

These activities are classified as higher risk and therefore require an Activity and Trip Application. Please complete this form at least 6 weeks prior to participation.
