National Council Session
The National Council Session, the Girl Scouts of USA triennial business meeting, will take place from Tuesday, July 18 – Thursday, July 20, 2023. The National Convention, Phenom by Girl Scouts, will kick off on Thursday, July 20, to Saturday, July 22.
