Event Description:
Just Ask! is based on the New York Times best-selling book by Sonia Sotomayor. This showing is EXCLUSIVELY for Girl Scouts and families! Girl Scouts is for ALL Girls and this show highlights how everyone's unique abilities come together to have greater impact! Let's pack the house on this date. The show is set on a garden, and as they work to create a garden, young people with different abilities are getting to know one another. Young Sonia is new, and there is something she hasn't told the others about herself. Will they accept her? With multicultural music and joyful choreography, this world premier musical illustrates how to "just ask" about what makes each of us unique. Ideal for families of all ages. There will be a 10-15 minute talkback opportunity after the show for the audience to hear from the actors and producers how they made this show and how they brought each of their unique abilities to this show.
