Lead. Connect. Inspire.

The Teen Leadership Circle (TLC) is a year-long leadership experience designed for 8th-12th Girl Scouts who are ready to grow as leaders, connect with peers from across the council, and make a lasting impact in their communities and Girl Scouts.

Throughout the year, participants will build leadership and communication skills, engage with council leadership, and develop meaningful friendships with Girl Scouts from across northeast Kansas and northwest Missouri.
