Reserve a Camp Property

Service Units toggle arrow

Service units can reserve any council camp locations for their service unit-wide campouts or events open to all girls within your service unit (75+ girls). Reservation requests can be made up to 6 months in advance.

Use of camp commercial kitchens will require on-site training and food handler certification.
Campout events will include council staff-led adventure activities. Click here to review a list of adventure activities.
Once the event is confirmed, the GSKSMO Outdoor Team will schedule an event organizer meeting to confirm event details.

Camping Guidelines and Fees

Complete the large event/camping request form.

A $20.00 non-refundable deposit per building/unit is due upon event approval and confirmation email receipt. The final payment, less the deposit, is due four weeks before the camping date. Campsites without full payment 30 days prior to the event date will be released and available to reserve.
Final campsite reservations are due 30 days prior to the camping date. For the exclusive use of the property, you must reserve all buildings/units.
The Service Unit must have a person certified in First Aid and Child and Adult CPR. In addition, the Service Unit must have a person who has completed Girl Scout Outdoor Training for each building (Camping 101) or unit (Camping 101 and 102) that they reserve.

Troops

GSKSMO council troops are eligible to make camping reservations online at either of our camp properties. Our camp properties are open year-round and are available to reserve up to 3 months in advance for any night of the week.

Overnight camping experiences require troops to provide the following:
- One person certified in First Aid and Child and Adult CPR
- One person per building/unit reserved who has completed Girl Scout Outdoor Training – Camping 101 (building camping) or Camping 101 and 102 (permanent or primitive unit camping

GSKSMO camp properties have buildings and areas that service units and troops can reserve for day events.

Adults must be present to meet Safety Activity Checkpoints.
Groups must have one adult certified in First Aid and Child and Adult CPR.
To reserve the commercial kitchen, on-site training, and a Food Handler Certification are required.
