Any Girl Scout may apply for funding for uniforms,
resident camp, and day camp. They must demonstrate a need for
assistance in the application. Applications are accepted year-round,
and we recommend submitting them in August to be considered when the
maximum amount of funds is available for the calendar year.

Once the application is submitted, a response will be sent notifying
you of the status of your application within ten business days.
Please note funds are limited and are not guaranteed. Any assistance
provided by the Opportunity Fund is not 100% of any given activity or
cost. If you apply and receive approval for funds, the amount
displayed is only an estimate and is available only as long as
funds are available. We recommend using funds as early as possible as
the amount of funding available may decrease as the year progresses
and funds are distributed.
