Get your family, friends, or troop together for another discounted night with reserve seats behind home plate as the Monarchs take on the Sioux Falls Canaries on Disney Night—featuring a parade, character appearances, themed music, trivia, and post-game player autographs!! Then stay for extra fun on the field after the game and sleep under the stars!
Event Details
- Location: Legends Field, 1800 Village West Pkwy, Kansas City, KS 66111
- Supervision: This is not a drop-off event. Girls must stay in ratio with caregivers or troop leaders and be registered Girl Scout members. Tagalongs are covered by Girl Scout insurance. However, adults in charge of tagalongs don't count for the ratio. You will need additional adults to maintain the additional tagalong ratio. All attending adults must have a current Girl Scout background check on file.

- Any Forms Required: No
- Cost: $40 + fees (includes game ticket)
- Registration: To secure your Troops’ Tickets for the Overnight Campout, reach out to Nick Restivo (Director of Ticket Sales for the Monarchs) at 913-328-5628 or nrestivo@monarchsbaseball.com between 9-5 Monday-Friday, or the Box Office at 913-328-5618.
- Registration Deadline: For the game itself, we will be raffling off the opportunity for one lucky member to represent the Girl Scouts and throw out a Ceremonial First Pitch for that night's game! Anyone who purchases an overnight or game ticket by June 19th will be entered into the raffle to take the mound that night, throw out the first pitch, or participate in other on-field activities. You can still purchase tickets after June 19th while supplies last.
What to Expect/Additional Information:
After cheering on the Monarchs, Girl Scouts and their families or troops can re-enter the stadium for an overnight campout on the field with tents, sleeping bags, and all!
- Settle in and watch a movie on the big screen.
- Grab a late-night snack at the concession stand (limited menu).
- Enjoy breakfast in the morning (let the Monarchs know about food allergies in advance)
- Receive an exclusive Monarchs patch at breakfast!
- A medical professional will stay overnight, and those needing special accommodations should be accompanied and should notify the Monarchs ahead of time.
- KC Monarchs staff stay overnight, along with security
- We need at least 100 participants to host the overnight, and if we don't meet that, the overnight will be cancelled
- Once inside for the night, there is no re-entry except for emergencies
- Game info: Game starts at 6:35; doors open at 6

- For the game, dress as your favorite Disney character and join us for Girl Scout Night at the Ballpark!
