Rallyhood is designed to simplify life for everyone involved in Girl Scouts—particularly those in leadership or support roles. It provides service units, troops, and families with a central hub to stay connected, get organized, and share information.

Rather than juggling numerous tools (like Eventbrite, SignUp Genius, Shutterfly, Google Calendar, and Facebook), Rallyhood combines everything into one platform. You can manage events, share files, post updates, collect RSVPs, run surveys, store photos, and even process payments—all in one convenient place.

Each Rally (group) can be customized with photos, important documents, and helpful links. Whether you're a troop leader planning your next meeting or a caregiver seeking forms and event details, Rallyhood allows you to quickly find what you need and stay connected to your Girl Scout community.

What is GSKSMO staff’s role in Rallyhood? Can I use it to contact staff directly? toggle arrow

Rallyhood is an excellent way to connect with others in the GSKSMO community, including volunteers, caregivers, and fellow Girl Scout supporters. While some GSKSMO staff members participate in specific Rallies and Hubs to help share information and address general questions, please note that Rallyhood is not monitored continuously.

If you have a time-sensitive or personal question—especially concerning topics like membership, payments, registration, or your Girl Scout’s health or participation—please contact GSKSMO Customer Care directly. These types of inquiries are best handled privately to ensure you receive the support you need quickly and accurately.

Our goal is to make Rallyhood a valuable space for peer-to-peer support, resource sharing, and staying connected across our council. When in doubt, Customer Care is your best first stop for staff assistance!

How much does Rallyhood cost? toggle arrow

Rallyhood is completely FREE for everyone to use because GSKSMO covers the costs. This way, our amazing Girl Scout community can easily stay connected and organized! The only time there might be a small fee is if you choose to use Rallyhood’s convenient payment feature (powered by Stripe) for events or activities, but don’t worry—using that feature is entirely optional! There’s no charge to create your account, join Rallies, or access all the fantastic resources we provide. So go ahead, sign up, and dive right in!

How does a Rallyhood community work? toggle arrow

Rallyhood is like your Girl Scout neighborhood online—organized into hubs and groups (called Rallies) that help you stay connected and informed.

Council-level hubs share updates and resources based on roles or interests. Each service unit can also have its own Rallyhood space, with sub-groups for troop leaders, cookie managers, families, event planners, and more.

Inside each Rally, you can share announcements, post photos, create calendars, register for events, and connect with others in your Girl Scout circle. It’s everything you need to stay in the loop—all in one place.

How do I start a Rallyhood community for my Service Unit? toggle arrow

Good news—you don’t have to! GSKSMO has already created a Rallyhood hub for every Service Unit.

Service Unit Managers will receive an email invitation to join. From there, they can start using the site, pass it along to another team member, or wait until they’re ready—no pressure! The Rally will be there whenever you’re ready to jump in.

Rallyhood hubs and Rallies offer flexibility, as they can be either public or private. Public groups are open for everyone to discover, join, and engage with the content. On the other hand, private groups allow you to decide who can join by requiring an invitation, giving you control over access. This is a great way to keep specific Rallies focused and secure—imagine inviting only the cookie managers from your service unit to their own special group!
