Cabin Camper: $250 per participant

What to Expect / Additional Information
This experience is designed for women 18+ years of age (Girl Scout members and non-members welcome)
Choose your level of “camping comfort”: stay overnight in a shared cabin, or bring your own tent
Weekend highlights include:
Paint N Sip with a cookie-inspired mocktail
Build-your-own charcuterie board workshop
Elevated meals and Sunday brunch
Campfire with savory s’mores
Optional adventure activities like rock climbing or tomahawk throwing
Sunday morning yoga to reset before heading home
This is not your typical campout—expect upgraded food, relaxed pacing, and a social, welcoming environment
What to Wear & Bring

Yoga mat (optional, if you prefer your own)
If cabin camping: bring your own bedding. Mattresses are twin size.

What is included in my registration?
Your registration includes lodging (cabin or tent space), all meals, scheduled activities, and supplies for workshops (paint & sip, charcuterie, etc.).
Do I have to share a cabin?
Yes—cabin accommodations are shared with other participants. This is part of the social, community feel of the weekend!
Can I choose who I stay with in a cabin?
If you’re attending with friends, we will do our best to place you together—just note it during registration.
What if I don’t know anyone?
That’s totally okay! Many participants will come solo—this weekend is designed to be welcoming, relaxed, and a great way to meet new people.
Do I have to participate in all activities?
Nope! Everything is optional. You can be as active or as relaxed as you’d like.
What is the difference between cabin and tent camping?
Cabins provide indoor sleeping accommodations and electricity, while tent camping is a bring-your-own setup for those who want a more traditional outdoor experience. All participants will have access to shared facilities.
Are meals provided for dietary restrictions?
We will do our best to accommodate dietary needs—please note any restrictions during registration.
Will alcohol be allowed?
This is an alcohol-free event. All beverages, including mocktails, will be provided.
What are the sleeping arrangements like?
Cabins include shared sleeping spaces (bunks or cots). Tent campers will need to bring all their own gear.
Is this event beginner-friendly?
Yes! Whether you’re new to camping or just prefer a more comfortable experience, this weekend is designed to be approachable and enjoyable for all levels.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Activities will be adjusted as needed, but the event will run rain or shine. We’ll make sure you’re still comfortable and have a great experience!
Can non-Girl Scouts attend?
Yes! This event is open to both Girl Scout members and non-members.
