Junior Pickleball Experience with KC Pickle Club

Did you know Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in the US? Join the teaching pros and Girl Scout staff at KC Pickle Club for a lively pickleball lesson, open play, and a Uniquely Us Badge workshop. All skill levels are welcome and all equipment and workshop materials will be provided. Caregivers will need to sign a waiver for each Girl Scout participating. Drinks and a light snack will be provided for participating girls. Space is limited, no tagalongs please. Adults will have designated areas for viewing. Food and beverage will be also available for purchase for adults.

Price includes: Pickleball lesson, open play, equipment rental, workshop materials, Staying Fit Badge, and light snack.

  • Location: KC Pickle Club; 9119 E 39th St, Kansas City, MO 64133
  • Supervision: This is a drop-off event. Troop leaders are not required to stay. but are welcome to if they'd like.
  • Tagalongs: No, tagalongs are not allowed.
  • Cost: $30 per participant

What to Expect

Girls will jump right into a Pickleball lesson with KC Pickle Club's pros, learning the ins and outs of the game and practicing their skills with each other. After their lesson, girls will get a snack to recharge and join Girl Scout staff for a Uniquely Us badge - learning to celebrate not only everything that their body can do, but also their non physical skills and qualities that make them great.

The workshop price includes a pickleball lesson, open play, equipment rental, workshop materials, Uniquely Us Badge, and light snack.

What to Wear and Bring

Comfortable clothes, a full water bottle, pickleball materials if you'd like to.

Parking & Arrival

You can park anywhere in the free parking lot at KC Pickle Club. Check-in will be in the lobby.
