HCA Mental Wellness Patch-In-A-Box Program

In partnership with HCA Midwest, GSKSMO is thrilled to launch the Mental Wellness Patch-In-A-Box program for Juniors, Cadettes, and Seniors/Ambassadors. These carefully designed boxes include a curriculum and script for leaders, materials for up to 10 girls, fidgets, and additional resources to complete the Mental Wellness Patch Program for their level.

As part of a limited pilot program, these boxes are currently available free of charge. Want to try them out? Let us know by filling out this form.

Does the box include all supplies? toggle arrow

Each box includes supplies, patches, and print materials for up to 10 girls. Troop leaders may need to obtain some supplemental materials or buy patches separately if their troop exceeds 10 girls.
